Any person who without the permission of the Board, uses the symbol of the Board, or any representation so nearly resembling the symbol of the Board, as to cause confusion in relation to it, will be liable to suspension/ Cancellation of license and/ or shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. Fifty thousand and in case of continuing offence with further fume which may extend to Rs. One thousand for everyday during which such offence continues after conviction for the first commission of the offence.
