Section 12

Uttarakhand Enterprises Single Window Facilitation and Clerance ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 5 of 2013

(1) The Competent Authority shall consider and dispose off the application forwarded to it by the Nodal Agency within the period prescribed under section 10.

(2) The concerned department or authority shall provide comments sought by the Nodal Agency under clause (g) of section 5, within the period as prescribed, and, if the concerned department or authority fails to provide comments within the aforesaid period, it shall be deemed that the concerned department or authority has no objection or suggestion regarding the requisite relaxations, exemptions and concessions as mentioned at section 14.
