Uttarakhand Enterprises Single Window Facilitation and Clerance ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 5 of 2013

(1) Every entrepreneur shall furnish a ‘Self Certification’ duly attested by Notary Public at the time of submitting Application Form to the Nodal Agency, in such form as may be prescribed, that he shall comply with the applicable provisions of the relevant laws. The undertaking shall be furnished in such form as may be prescribed by the Government.

(2) The self certification furnished by the entrepreneur shall be accepted by the departments and authorities for the purpose of issuing and granting clearance and giving other benefits to the entrepreneur.
