Section 15

Uttarakhand Gairsen Development Council ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 26 of 2014

(1) In case of any problem which arises in the execution of the provisions of this Ordinance, the State Government may, if it considers necessary for the purpose of the removal of the same, may order by Notification.

(2) Every order published under this Section after its publication shall be kept as soon as possible before the Legislative Assembly.
