Section 24: (1) The Academic Council shall consist of

The Graphic Era Hill University1 Act, 2011State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 12 of 2011

(a) the Vice Chancellor - Chairman;

(b) the Registrar - Secretary;

(2) The Academic Council shall be the Principal Academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the Rules and the Statutes, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the University.
