Section 19

uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and control of Management and DevelopmentState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 12 of 2016

(1) No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted without the written consent of the Authority or a person authorized in this behalf by the Authority.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act.
