Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Uttarakhand High Court (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018State Rules of Uttarakhand · 1961

(1) These Rules shall be called 'Uttarakhand High Court (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018'

(2) These Rules shall extend to the entire jurisdiction of the High Court of Uttarakhand.

(3) These Rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
