The Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 11 of 1956

(1) The Compensation Commissioner and the Assistant Compensation Commissioner shall perform such duties and exercise such powers of supervision and superintendence over the work of Compensation Officer as may be prescribed.

(2) The Compensation Officer shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act or the rules framed thereunder.
