The Kumaun and Garhwal Water (Collection Retention and Distribution) Act, 1975State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 56 of 1972

(1) The Kumaun and Garhwal Water (Collection, Retention and Distribution) Ordinance, 1975 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on July 15, 1975.
