Section 22

Uttarakhand Medical Education Board ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 18 of 2015

(1) The Board may, with the previous approval for the State Government make or amend regulations relating to the discharge of its functions under this Act including charging of fees for holding examinations or interviews or both for making selection under this Act.

(2) The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.

Protection of action taken in good faith

23. No, suit prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be under this Act.

24. The State Government may from time to time issue directions not inconsistent with the Act.
