(1) 1 [The Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government through ‘Centralised Service Rules’ in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.]
(2) The Registrar shall have the power to enter into and sign, agreements, authenticate records on behalf of the University.
The Finance Officer
14. The Finance Officer shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

Other Officers 15. The manner of appointment, emoluments, powers and duties of the other officers of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statues.
CHAPTER-V Authorities of the University Authorities of the University
16. The following shall be authorities of the University :-
(a) The Executive Council;
(b) The Academic Council;
(c) The Planning Board;
(d) The Schools of Studies;
(e) The Finance Committee;
(f) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
The Executive Council
