The Uttarakhand Organic Agriculture Act, 2019State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 8 of 2020

(1) Every license holder/ nursery owner shall maintain related Account Books, Registers and Records in such forms and in such a manner as may be prescribed. These records shall be safely retained for a period of 10 years.
