Uttarakhand Plastice and other non BIo Degaradble garbage(Prevention of use and disposal)State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 17 of 2013

(1) The State Government may make rules for the purposes of carrying out of all or any of the provisions of this Act.

(2) Every rule made by the State Government under this Act shall be laid as soon as may be, after it is made, before the State Legislative Assembly while it is in session, for a total period of fourteen days which may comprise in one session or in two successive sessions.

Research 21. The State Government may conduct or get conducted any research activity that is ancillary to solid waste management.
