Section 29

Uttarakhand Schedule caste sub plan and tribal plan(planning allocation and utilization actState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 33 of 2013

(1) The Uttrakhand Scheduled Castes Sub Plan and Tribal Sub Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. 02, year 2013) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, or any action taken under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
