Uttarakhand Self Reliant Co-Operatives Act, 2003State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 4 of 2003

(1) A member may at any time withdraw from membership in a co-operative in accordance with the procedure specified in the articles of association of that co-operative

(2) Before withdrawal from membership he/she will fulfil all such obligations as were enjoined upon him/her as a member, under the provisions of this Act, the articles of association or other agreements.
