Section 22: (1) The Board of Management shall consist of

(a) The Vice Chancellor –Chairperson;
(b) The Pro Vice-Chancellor, if any;
(c) Five persons, nominated by the Founder Society;
(d) Two Deans of the Faculties by rotation and nominated by the Chancellor;
(e) The Principal Secretary/ Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand, Department of Higher Education;
(f) Two Professor by rotation nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;
(g) The Registrar shall be non-member secretary.
(2) The powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
