Section 12

Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of tourism) ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 16 of 2013

(1) The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, make such amendments in the plan prepared under section 8 or 9 as it thinks fit.

(2) The Provisions of sections 8, 9 and 10 shall, mutatis mutandis apply to any amendment made under this section.
