Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of tourism) ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 16 of 2013

(1) The authority may constitute for the benefit of its whole time paid members or its officers and other employees in such manner and subject to such conditions, as the State Government may specify, such pension and/or provident funds and/or schemes of group insurance and /or any other superannuation benefit as may deem fit.

(2) Where any such pension or provident fund has been constituted, the State Government may declare that the provisions of the provident Funds Act, 1925, shall apply to such fund as if it were a Government Provident Fund.
