Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of tourism) ActState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 16 of 2013

(1) The State Government may by notification, delegate to any, officer, or authority subordinate to it all or any powers conferred on it by or under this Act other than the power to make rules.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act and to such restrictions as may be imposed by the State Government by a general or special order, the Authority or the Chairman may, by an order in writing, delegate any officer subordinate to the Authority all or any powers exercisable by the Authority or the Chairman, as the case may be, under this Act, or the rules made thereunder.
