Where a street vendor to whom a c0rfrficate of vem!i.ng is issued dies or suffers from any peimane,,r disability or is Ul, one of his family member in following order of priority, may vend Ln his place, till ihe vBJidity ofthio certificate ofvendmg-
(i) spouse of the street voodor;
(ii) dependent sor,Jdauglrter of the street vendor:
(:!.} provided that where a dispute arises ,ts to who is entitled to vend in the place of the vendot, the matter shall be decided by the committee.

Traffic shall not be obstmcted in anyway. Public as well as vehicu!a:r movement shall not be obstructed.
(v). Street vendor shall not vend narcotic and other restricted substances.
(vi): . Licence shall be presented on demand during street vending licensing period.
(vii). Vem]mg pennission shall not be permitted to the street vendors particularly stationed on principal traffic routes. Street vending shll;ll not be permitted on those weas where vehicular and pedestriM ,,affic is obstructed and access to shops and residences is blocked.
(viii). There should be r,o hawking on footbridges and overbridges. Further, certain aresB may be requil'ed to be kept free of hawkers for security remsons. However, outside (·,-,' -''--).
