Tehri Garhwal Revenue Officials (Special Powers) Act, 1956State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 25 of 1956

(1) This Act may be called the Tehri Garhwal Revenue Officials of (Special Powers) Act, 1956.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of Tehri-Garhwal District.

(3) They shall come into force at once.

Investing Revenue Officials in certain areas with the powers of an Officer-incharge of a Police Station
