Section 43

The United Provinces Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Systems of Medicine1 Act, 19392State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 10 of 1939

(1) All appeal shall lie to the [State Government] 1 from every decision of the Board under this Act, except a decision made by the Board as an appellate authority.

(2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred with, in three months of the date of such decision.
