The United Provinces Land Revenue Act, 1901State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 3 of 1904
(1) The State Government may appoint to each district as many other persons as it thinks fit to be Assistant Collector of the first or second class.
(2) All such Assistant Collectors and all other revenue officers in the District, shall be subordinate to the Collector.
