The Uttar Pradesh Cattle Purchase Tax Act, 1976State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 36 of 1976

(1) A person not in the service of the Government, appointed Collecting Authority under section 6 shall be required to furnish security adequate to ensure the deposit in Government Treasury of the realizations made under this Act.

(2) A lessee under sub-section (1) of section 7 shall be required to furnish such security. for due fulfillment of the terms and conditions or the lease as the State Government may direct:
