The Uttar Pradesh Electric Wire and Transformers Prevention and Punishment of Theft) Act, 1976State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 42 of 1976

(1) The Uttar Pradesh Electric Wire and Transformers (Prevention and Punishment of Theft) Ordinance, 1976, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
