Section 23

The Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1960State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 10 of 1960

(1) The State Government may approve an annual financial statement or the supplementary financial statement, submitted under section 21 or section 22, as the case may be, in whole or with such modifications as it deems fit.

(2) The annual financial statement or the supplementary financial statement, so approved by the State Government shall be the annual financial statement or “the supplementary financial statement” of the Board for that year.

Powers of the Board to spend

24. Subject to the provisions of section 25 the Board shall have power to spend such sums as it thinks fit on purposes authorized by this Act.
