The Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1960State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 10 of 1960
(1) The State Government may, from time to time, make subventions and grants to the Board for the purpose of this Act, on such terms and conditions as the State Government may impose in this behalf.
(2) Subject to the provision or this Act and the rules made thereunder and such conditions as the State Government may impose in this behalf, the Board may, from time to time and with the previous sanction of the State Government, borrow on the security of the Khadi Account or the Village Industries Account or any other asset of the Board or otherwise all sum required for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
