Section 37

The Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1960State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 10 of 1960

(1) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations consistent with this Act, and the rules made thereunder and notify them in the official Gazette.

(2) In particular and without prejudice the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regulations providing for --

1. Clauses (a) and (b) omitted by section 18(i) of U.P. Act No. 24 of 1966.

2. Substituted by section 11(1) of U.P. Act No. 11 of 1983.

(a) the procedure in regard to the transaction of business of the Board or of its Committees ;

[(b) the appointment and conditions of service of the persons referred to in sub-section (3) of section 10;]

(c) the matters relating to functions and duties of the employees of the Board ;
