Section 34

Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodhyogik Vishwavidyalaya AdhiniyamState Act of Uttarakhand · Act 45 of 1958

(1) The Annual Accounts and balance-sheet of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor, and all moneys accruing to or received by the University from whatever Source and all amount disbursed or paid shall be entered in the accounts.

(2) The Accounts and the balance-sheet shall be submitted by the Board to the State Government which shall cause an audit to be carried out by the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts, Uttar Pradesh.

(3) The accounts when audited shall be printed and the copies thereof shall, together with the copies of the Audit Report, be submitted by the Vice- Chancellor to the Board which shall forward them to the State Government with such comments as may be deemed necessary.

Certain other provisions

35. At any time after the passing of this Act and until such the as the authorities of the University are duly constituted, any officer of the University may be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor Such appointment and the terms and conditions thereof shall have the prior approval of the Chancellor.
