(1) Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (3) of section 4 may make representation against it to the State Government, and the State Government may thereupon pass such order as it deems fit and its order shall be final.
(2) Save as provided by sub-section (1), no order made by the Competent Authority under section 4 or section 5 shall be called into question in any court or be subject to any appeal or a revision to any Authority or Tribunal under the principal Act.

10. The provisions of section 113 of the principal Act shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to any direction law fully given by the Competent Authority under this Act and to the discharge of any function by that Authority under this Act.
