The Uttar Pradesh2 Accommodation Requisition Act, 1947State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 25 of 1947

(1) An appeal from a decision Of the Court under this Act shall lie to the District Judge within thirty days.

(2) The provisions of section 4, 5 and 12 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 shall be applicable to, appeals under this Act.]
