The Uttrakhand State Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing ( Promotion & Facilitation )State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 28 of 2020

(1) The Collector shall, by notification or otherwise, divide a delineated market area into as much number of constituencies equal to the number of the representatives of the agriculturist to be chosen from such area but not less than ten.

(2) In case of direct election for agriculturist Members to a Market Committee, reservation of seats for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, other backward classes and women will be as per the Government policy, as may be prescribed.

Qualification to vote and be the representative of agriculturist.
