lmmediately after expiry of the time specified for receipt of nomination papers on the dates fixed for that purpose, the Returning Officer or such other authorised person shall publish at bis office in Urdu. Hindi and Ebglish/locallanguage a list in Form 7 of all the nominations received. with a notice that the nomination papers shall be taken up by the Returning Officer for scrutiny at the specifiedplace, date and the time.
