Section 21: Withdrawal of nomination

The Uttarakhand Waqf Rules 2017State Rules of Uttarakhand · 1995

Any candidate may withdraw bis nomination in writing in Form 10 .signed by him and delivered to the Retuning Officer either in person or by his authorised agent not later than five O'clock in the evening of the appointed last date for withdrawal and the Returning Officer shall give a receipt for the same on being satisfied as to the genuineness of the notice of withdrawal and the identity of the person delivering it.
