Section 32: Spoilt and retonled ballot ?pen

(1) An elector who has inadvertentlydealt with bis ballot paper may, by delivering it to the Returning Officer and on satisfying him of the inadverteii.ce,be given anotberballot paper and the ballot paper so returned and the counterfoil of such ballot paper shall be marked as "Spoilt cancelled" by the Returning Officer .(2) If an elector, after obtaining a ballot paper decides not to use it, he shall return it to the Returning Officer, and.the ballot paper so returned and the counterfoil of such ballot paper shall be marked as .. Returned cancelled" by the Returning Officer.

(3) All ballot papers cancelled under sub-rules (l) and (2) shall be kept in a separatepacket.
