Section 4: Officers and servants to be public servants.

All Officers and servants employed by the Trustees shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860):

Provided that this section shall not apply to persons in the service of any contractor employed by the Trustees.
