Section 35: Disputes between Central Warehousing Corporation and State Warehousing Corporation.

The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962Central Act · Act 58 of 1962

If there is any difference of opinion between the Central Warehousing Corporation and a State Warehousing Corporation regarding their respective functions and powers under this Act, such difference shall be referred to the Central Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
