Section 32: Revocation of Suspension

(1) The Authority may revoke the suspension of registration in respect of the warehouse if it is satisfied that the warehouseman has fulfilled the requirements mentioned in the show cause notice issued under sub-rule (2) of rule 30 and shall immediately communicate such decision to the warehouseman.

(2) A warehouseman whose suspension in respect of the warehouses has been revoked, may commence the warehousing business from such warehouse after the revocation of suspension.
