Section 5: Regulatory Committee

(1) There shall be a Regulatory Committeeto be constituted in the manner hereinafter provided, for the purposes of the Act.

(2) The Regulatory Committee constituted under the Act may act as a Regulator for the University.
(3) The Regulatory Committee shall meet in such place and on such time as the Committee may decides from time to time:
Provided that the Committee shall not use any premises provided by the -University concerned for convening its meeting,.
