The West Bengal Advocates Welfare Corporation Act, 2012State Act of West Bengal · Act 5 of 2012

(1) The State Government may, by notification, establish a Corporation to be known as the West Bengal Advocates Welfare Corporation.

(2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate by the name notified under sub-section (1), having perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
