Section 10

The West Bengal Allied-medical And Para-medical Council Act, 2015State Act of West Bengal · Act 28 of 2015

(1) An ex-officio member of the Council shall cease to be a member of the Council on his cessation of the service, by virtue of which he was appointed as a member of the Council.

(2) A member other than an ex-officio member of the Council shall cease to be a member of the Council—

(a) on acceptance of his resignation; or

(b) on becoming subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 9; or

(c) on his ceasing to be member of the Association or category from which he has been nominated as the case may be; or

(d) on the expiry of the term of his office.
