Section 6

The West Bengal Allied-medical And Para-medical Council Act, 2015State Act of West Bengal · Act 28 of 2015

(1) No person shall be eligible for election to the Council unless he possesses any of the recognized qualifications and, is registered on the register and resides in the State of West Bengal.

(2) No person shall, at the same time, hold the office as a member of the Council in more than one capacity.
