The Apollo Zipper Company ( Private ) Limited ( Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings ) Act, 1996State Act of West Bengal · Act 14 of 1996

(1) The Apollo Zipper Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1996, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
