1967. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 8th August 1967.] [8th August, 1967.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirtyfirst day of March, 1968. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation. of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund,of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thrity-first day of March, 1968; It is hereby enacted in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal AppropriationShort title. (No. 2) Act, 1967.
2.
