[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 23rd August, 1969.] [23rd August, 1969.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1970. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise pay/lent and appropriation of certain further sums from and . out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1970; It is hereby enacted in .the Twentieth Year of the Republic, of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title. lion (No. 2) Act, 1969.
2.
