The Bengal Natural History Society ( Acquisition Of The Natural History Museum ) Act, 1993State Act of West Bengal · Act 24 of 1993

(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for Power to carrying out the purposes of this Act. make rules.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters which may be, or are required, to be, prescribed by rules under this Act.

11. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the appointed day.
