Section 31

The Britannia Engineering Company Limited ( Titagarh Unit ) ( Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings ) Act, 1984State Act of West Bengal · Act 43 of 1984

(1) The State Goverment may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act, other than the power conferred by this section or section 32, or section 33, may also be exercised by such peson or persons as may be specified in the notification.

(2) Whenever any delegation of power is made under subsection (1), the person to whom such power has been delegated shall act under the direction, control and supervision of the State Government.
