The Calcutta Slum Clearance And Rehabilitation Of Slum-dwellers Act, 1958State Act of West Bengal · Act 20 of 1958

(1) The State Government may, after previous publi- Power cation, make miles for carrying out the purposes of this Act. to make rules

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters which, under any provision of this Act, are required to be prescribed by rules.
