The Calcutta Sports Act, 1955State Act of West Bengal · Act 28 of 1955

(1) The Association may, subject to the approval of Regulathe State Government, make regulations for the conduct of tions its business and the business of the Board and the Committee. and b37- laws.

(2) The Committee may, subject to the approval of the Association, make by-laws for carrying out its functions.
