The Calcutta Tramways Company ( Taking Over Of Management ) Act, 1967State Act of West Bengal · Act 16 of 1967

(1) The State Government may appoint one or more persons, to be called Deputy Administrators, to assist the Administrator in carrying out his functions under this Act.

(2) A Deputy Administrator shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be entrusted to him by the Administrator.
